Our garden project, over one year in the planning phase, has finally started. Located in Peachtree Hills within walking distance of Paul’s Restaurant, we are transforming an acre lot overrun with kudzu and bamboo into an organic self sustainable garden. Here we will grow food for our restaurants and host chef gatherings, neighborhood get togethers, and educational sessions for anyone looking to learn about the miracles of organic gardening and aquaponics.

We will be posting pictures and live video feeds so you can see our progress. We will also be putting a calendar of progress on our website so you may keep share our enthusiasm as we advance.
